For the first time since 2020, the ARCA Menards Series on Friday returns to Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park for the running of the Reese’s 200.

The race is the 11th of the 2022 ARCA Menards Series season and also doubles as the sixth race of the Sioux Chief Showdown. It is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. ET and will be available live on FS1. Audio coverage of the event will be available on MRN, SiriusXM and ARCARacing.com.

When ARCA last visited Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park in 2020, it was Venturini Motorsports’ Chandler Smith who dominated the race on his way to victory. The Reese’s 200 is part of a doubleheader Friday night, with the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series joining ARCA on the bill.

Tickets to Friday’s Reese’s 200 are available. Below is everything to know about the event.

Taylor Gray is on a roll, and he’ll carry that momentum into Friday’s Reese’s 200 at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park.

Gray has won the last two ARCA Menards Series events, at Pocono Raceway and the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, to go along with his victory earlier in the year at Phoenix Raceway.

He’ll attempt to make it four for the season and three straight on Friday. He’s one of only two expected entries in the field with ARCA experience at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, with the other being veteran Brad Smith.

Meanwhile, the battle for the ARCA Menards Series championship continues to be a nail-biter between Rajah Caruth, Nick Sanchez and Daniel Dye. Caruth holds a slim, three-point advantage on Sanchez, with Dye nine points in arrears in the third position.

Sammy Smith and Jesse Love will each try to rebound from disappointing finishes at Pocono with strong runs at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park. Smith has two ARCA Menards Series victories this year, both on short tracks, while Love is driving for the team that won the last ARCA event at the 0.686-mile track, Venturini Motorsports.

A trio of competitors are set to make their ARCA Menards Series debuts. Dylan “Mamba” Smith is slated to pilot the No. 02 Chevrolet for Young’s Motorsports. Mandy Chick will take the reins of the No. 74 for her father Steve Chick, and Dylan Fetcho will wheel the No. 95 Toyota for car owner Mark Noble.

Connor Mosack is back for another race in the No. 23 for Bret Holmes Racing, and Tom Hessert returns for his third race of the season in the No. 55 Toyota for Venturini Motorsports. Christian Rose is set for his fifth race of the season in the No. 42 for Cook Racing Technologies.

Colton Collins returns to CCM Racing for his second start of the season this Friday, and Dallas Frueh makes his third start of the year and first start for Andy Hillenburg’s Fast Track Racing.

Other notable entries come from Greg Van Alst, Amber Balcaen, Toni Breidinger, Zachary Tinkle, Alex Clubb and Bryce Haugeberg.

The complete entry list for Friday’s Reese’s 200 will be available later this week.
